PANALO SA ALLTV VIEWER PROMO & PERIOD
1. Panalo sa ALLTV Viewer Promo (“this Promo”) is intended to reward the televiewers of ALLTV, the TV network of Advanced Media Broadcasting System, Inc. (“AMBS”).
2. The promo shall run from July 1, 2024, to August 25, 2024
ELigibility
3. A viewer will be considered eligible (“the Eligible Participant”) for this promo if the viewer fulfills ALL the required criteria as follows:
a. Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
b. 18 years old and above
c. must possess at least one government-issued ID
d. must have a verified email address
e. must have a valid mobile number
Mechanics
4. To participate in the promo, the eligible participant must tune in to ALLTV from 12:00 PM to 11:15 PM.
5. The eligible participant must wait for the PANALO SA ALLTV logo accompanied by a QR code and its corresponding web URL address, and word/s of the hour that will appear on the lower thirds of the screen during ALLTV programs.
6. To send an entry, the eligible participant needs to scan the QR code using the cameras of their smartphones or log-in to web URL address flash on their TV screens that will lead them to the promo entry form.
7. The eligible participant must type the word/s flashed on screen and fill up the information required namely:
a. Full name (as it appears in their government-issued ID)
b. Full address
c. Email address
d. Birthdate
e. Mobile number
9. The eligible participant must also upload a selfie while watching ALLTV.
10. Once the form is completed, the eligible participant needs to press the send button. Standard charges may apply.
11. There will be 1 unique word/s and 1 unique QR code per program.
12. When the eligible participant sends a wrong word/s, he /she needs to wait for the next word in the proceeding program.
13. Only one correct entry per program is allowed.
14. An eligible participant may submit as many correct entries as he /she can in a day.
15. Multiple correct entries under one name but with various email accounts will be counted as one entry.
16. Submission of entries will be open until 11:30 pm daily
prizes and draws
17. For the daily draws, all entries are only eligible on the day of its submission.
18. The daily raffle draws will be held at 9:00 am every morning beginning on July 2, 2024 until August 26, 2024.
19. All entries sent from day 1 of the promo are eligible for all weekly draws.
20. There will be 20 winners of Php 500 each for the daily raffle.
21. Daily raffle winners will be announced the following day over ALLTV and will also be posted on ALLTV official website.
22. A viewer can win multiple times in the daily draws but can only win once in the weekly draw.
23. Daily draw winners are still eligible to win in the weekly draw.
24. One (1) weekly winner of a House and Lot unit will be electronically every Monday.
25. A viewer may only win a house and lot once.
26. Advanced Media Broadcasting System Inc. will shoulder all taxes and Expenses in relation to the house and lot.
27. All employees of Advanced Media Broadcasting System Inc. and Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., their partners and affiliates, their ad agency, including their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
CLAIMING OF PRIZE
28. All winners will be notified via text with instructions on how to claim their prizes.
29. Winners need to acknowledge and reply to the text message and claim their prize within 60 days, otherwise their prize will be forfeited.
30. Cash prizes for the daily winners will be sent via AllEasy, Gcash or Paymaya and other money remittance platforms like Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop or Western Union.
31. House and lot units are transferable but non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
32. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of Registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of ALLTV (for cash prizes) or Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. (for house and lot) with prior approval of DTI.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
33. By participating in this Promo, the Eligible Participant(s) is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree that all decisions fairly and reasonably made by AMBS in relation to every aspect of this Promo and the determination of the viewer(s) eligibility to participate, shall be final, binding and conclusive.
34. AMBS reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Participant(s) that it determines to be tampering with the entry process, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
35. AMBS reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with other item(s) of similar cost and/or to modify, extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Promo by giving five (5) calendar days’ prior notice to the viewer(s). It is understood that notice shall be sufficiently given at the time when the same has been published at AMBS website or any of AMBS’ official social media account. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification, extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Promo by AMBS shall not entitle any of the viewer(s) or any other persons whosoever to any claim or compensation against AMBS for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the viewer(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Promo.
36. By participating in this Promo, the Eligible Participant(s) hereby agree that AMBS shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Participant(s) if AMBS is unable to perform in whole or in part of any of its obligations herein, attributable directly or indirectly to the failure of any mechanical or electronic device, data processing system, transmission line, electrical failure, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, any act of God beyond AMBS’ control or due to any factor in a nature of a force majeure which is beyond AMBS reasonable control.
37. AMBS shall not be liable to any viewer(s) or Eligible Participant(s) or any party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered(including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising, in relation to the participation or non-participation in this Promo including arising from any non-receipt or delayed receipt by the viewer(s) or Eligible Participant(s) of any SMS or EDM unless the same shall arise from and are caused directly by AMBS’ gross negligence or willful default.
38. AMBS reserves the right upon giving prior notice of five (5) calendar days to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) (“Amendment”) any of the Terms andConditions herein.Notification toEligibleParticipant(s)in respect of the Amendment shall be via electronic communication display at AMBS’ website or any of AMBS’ official social media account where detailed provisions regarding the Amendment may be provided in the notice itself or may be provided to the Eligible Participant(s) upon request. Eligible Participant(s) acknowledge and agree to access AMBS’ website or any of AMBS’ official social media account at regular intervals to view the terms and conditions of the Promo and to ensure that they are kept up-to- date with any changes or variations to these terms and conditions.
39. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to the viewer(s) or Eligible Participant(s) for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the viewer(s) or Eligible Participant(s) as a direct or an indirect result of such amendment, variation, deletion, addition or alteration of the Terms and Conditions herein.
40. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Promo. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the prevailing terms and conditions under the Product’s Terms and Conditions which shall apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions herein.
